This pack of OUSHI LED Headlight Bulbs have been listed as used due tot the fact that there is a slight scrape to a couple of the fins on one of the headlights. They have been tested by running them through a DC power pack, and we are pleased to say that both bulbs as well as their cooling fans powered up and worked perfectly. User manual included.
