In 2020, we kicked off our venture by snagging liquidation pallets from stores like JD Williams and Amazon. Starting small, we set up shelves in our two petrol stations in Carmarthen, Wales, putting the goods on display. As we dabbled in the retail game, we also dipped our toes into the vast sea of eBay in early 2021. Turns out, people loved what we had to offer, and the demand grew. Fast forward to 2022, and it was clear: time to carve our own space online. Our website, seamlessly linked with our eBay store, became the go-to spot for anyone looking for unique finds.
Come late 2023, we realized something big. Starting a business in the liquidation game isn’t as easy as it seems. So, we birthed Bargain Bill Auctions.Â
How does it work?
1. We purchase end of line/discontinued, bankrupt/liquidation stock, items that are slight second or used and functional and new items with damaged packaging. You’d be surprised by the amount of items that are returned to stores that are actually in perfect condition (it’s a lot).
2. We sort, inspect and test these items to make sure they are performing as they should be. We add condition descriptions to every single one of our items with detailed pictures of any issues. You get exactly what you’ve seen.
3. We upload stock daily to our store and onto eBay, sometimes you may see IMAGE COMING SOON, this is because of how our site works and that image will usually appear pretty quickly. Our prices are usually a lot lower than RRP (even the products that are perfect condition) we are here to help you catch a bargain!
4. You can pay via PayPal, Klarna and we use WooCommerce Payments for card transactions, which includes Google Pay and Apple Pay. Orders over £30 get free next day delivery if you order before 3pm and we also accept free returns up to 30 days.
