Connector rings

When replacing your halogen bulbs with LED lighting, you may need a connector ring to secure the LED bulbs inside the headlamp. All Philips H7 LED upgrades are supplied with ONE Standard Center ring. Please refer to Philips compatibility list at Philips.com/Ultinon-Pro3021 to find out if you need another type of center ring.

LED CANbus

Some car models present particular challenges for LED-based retrofit lamps. When upgrading your car with LED bulbs, a few challenges may occur such as an error message on the dashboard, flickering, or dimming effect. These error messages don’t mean the LED bulb itself is faulty. Therefore, we have developed smart solutions to overcome those challenges. Philips’ unique CANbus adapters* ensure the vehicle’s lighting systems function smoothly, for reliable electrical performance over time.

*Philips Light Repair CANbus functionality is directly integrated into our new-generation bulbs to prevent flickering. Generally, no need for additional accessories. In some rare cases, depending on your car model and other parameters related to your car computer, an additional CANbus might be required to further reduce the flickering effect. Please note a separate Adaptor CANbus may still required.
